~HOUSE RULES~

１． Check in　：16:00～21:00（ Please contact us in advance if you will be after 21:00 ）

２． Check out ：11:00 (Cleaning will start at 11:00. They must start cleaning even if you are still in.

３．  Self check-in & out (key box)  No attendance

４．  Facility registered accommodation capacity: 8 guests
    (comfortable accommodation for UP TO 4~6 adults) )
５．  Parties & events are not allowed.
６．  Due to a residential area, please keep quiet at night 

　　  especially after 21:00.

７．  The outside stairs can only be used in emergencies.

８．   After using the sauna, please turn off the switch.

９．   Photography is allowed for commercial purposes.
１０．No smoking, no fire including electronic cigarette

*Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises (inside the facility, outside the facility, 2F wooden deck, 2F balcony). If smoking is found on the premises, urgent deodorization work will occur and the next appointment will have to be cancelled.
In that case, the cancellation fee of the next guest, the urgent cleaning fee on the premises of 100,000 yen, and the violation fee of 100,000 yen will be charged to the credit card at the time of reservation payment. Please note that at the time of booking, you agree to the house rules of the property.

１１．About your pets

　１・ Pets allowed depending on the plan(6,000.-Yen/stay) that you chose.

　２・Please bring your pet’s cage with you.

　３・Only dog, cats not allowed. Max. two dogs./Max. weight 10kg each

　４・Pets must be trained to a standard level and vaccinated.

　５・ Odor-proof trash can, deodorant plastic bag, wet tissue for pets, 

           2 pcs. of sheets are prepared. Please bring others if you need.

　６・Pets are not allowed the master bedroom and bathroom.

　７・In our facility, please put a diaper and manner belt on your pets.

   ８・When putting your pets on the sofa or cushions, please bring a large rug

     and place it on top of it.
